Pregnancy group - perfect relaxation session for expecting mum's to be.
Sessions will involve:
Deep breathing
Gentle movements
Self-massage
Guided relaxation
Calming music and beautiful lighting

In these 45 minute sessions with spaces for 5 participants, I invite parents to relax and spend some time immersed in music.
Pregnancy is a very special time for you and your growing baby. You deserve some time to relax and simply enjoy this experience.
These sensory pregnancy workshops involve gentle live and recorded music.
Studies have shown that live music and lullabies have a soothing effect on parents and babies, and can help to develop the synaptic pathways in your babies brain.
Processing music and a variety of sounds can support brain development, forming and connecting neural pathways in the brain.
Later on, live music can positively impact vital signs, improve feeding behaviours and suckling patterns in infants, and may increase periods of calm, quiet–alert states.
Making music can be immensely comforting, reduce stress and anxiety levels for both parent and your growing baby.
